The exact meeting point varies slightly by terminal, but it is always in the open arrivals area where all passengers exit. When you book we confirm the precise meeting point for your terminal. What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early? +

We track your inbound flight from the moment it departs. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts their arrival time accordingly and is in the hall when you land — not hours before. If your flight lands early, your driver will do their best to be there; if they haven’t yet arrived, they will be there within minutes.
