What if I have a lot of luggage arriving at university?

No problem at all. When booking, tell us how many suitcases, bags, or boxes you have and we’ll assign the right vehicle. Saloon cars take 2-3 large cases; estate cars offer extra boot space; Executive MPV takes large groups with generous luggage. No extra charge for luggage specified at booking.

Can a group of flatmates share one transfer from the airport?

Yes — this is one of our most popular student bookings. If you and your flatmates are landing at the same airport, we book an MPV that collects everyone. Split the fare between you — it almost always works out cheaper than multiple taxis or train tickets.

Do you cover university halls and student accommodation addresses?

Yes — we cover every halls of residence, university-owned accommodation, private student halls, and student house or flat address across London. If you have a postcode, we go there. Just provide the full address at booking.

Is there a surcharge during September university intake?

What happens if my flight is delayed?
