Terminal 2 arrivals are on Level 1 — one floor above ground level, which is different from most other Heathrow terminals. Here’s exactly what to do when you land at T2.

After landing, follow signs to Passport Control. EU/UK nationals use eGates; non-EU passengers join the relevant queue.

Collect your checked baggage from the T2 baggage reclaim carousels. Your belt number will be displayed on the arrivals screen.

Pass through Customs — Green channel if nothing to declare, Red if you have dutiable goods.
