TfL-licensed corporate ground transport for firms across London. Airport transfers, client collections, roadshows, board meetings and inter-office runs β booked by your assistant or travel desk, billed to a single monthly account. Fixed prices agreed at booking with no meter and no surge. VAT invoices issued as standard carrying your cost code. Mercedes E-Class, MPV, 8-seater and long-wheelbase S-Class with suited chauffeur. Flight tracking on every airport pickup. Account setup takes one phone call. Licensed continuously since 2000. 24/7 UK dispatch.
Most corporate car problems are not driving problems. The car turns up and gets there. What goes wrong is everything around it: an executive assistant chasing a receipt three weeks later, a traveller paying on a personal card and reclaiming, a surge fare on a rideshare app that finance queries, a driver who cannot get into the building, a cost code missing from an invoice so it sits unallocated at month end.
This service is built around those problems rather than the journey itself. Bookings go on an account. Invoices carry your reference. One statement arrives monthly. Prices are agreed before the car moves and do not change afterwards, whatever the traffic does.
We work with law firms, banks, private equity and hedge funds, professional services, media and technology companies, and embassies and public bodies across London. Volumes range from a handful of airport collections a month to daily movements for a firm with a constant flow of visiting clients. The account structure is the same either way.
Get London Transfer has held a Transport for London Private Hire Operator licence continuously since 2000. Every driver is TfL-licensed and enhanced-DBS checked, every vehicle is inspected and fully insured for private hire, and every journey is covered by our operator licence. For procurement and compliance teams, that documentation is available on request.
One consolidated monthly invoice. Travellers pay nothing at the kerb and reclaim nothing. Cost codes, matter numbers and project references carried on every line.
Executive assistants, central travel desks and travellers themselves can all book against the same account, with permissions set by you.
Agreed at booking. No meter, no surge, no night rate, no weekend rate. Budget the journey before it happens rather than after.
020 8888 9988 reaches a UK controller at any hour β not an overseas call centre and not an app with no phone number.
Airport transfers and client collections. Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City and Farnborough. Every airport booking is flight-tracked on live ATC data, so the driver is dispatched against the real landing time rather than the schedule. For inbound clients, the driver meets in arrivals with a name board and the journey is billed to your account β the client pays nothing and is not asked to.
Roadshows and multi-stop days. Investor roadshows, pitch days and client tours where a car is needed as directed rather than for a single journey. Booked hourly with the same vehicle and driver retained across the day. Give dispatch the itinerary and we will build the timings, including realistic allowances for London traffic between stops rather than optimistic ones.
Board meetings and AGMs. Multiple arrivals converging on one address within a short window, often from different origins. We coordinate these centrally so the cars arrive in sequence rather than all at once, and we know which buildings can take a vehicle at the door and which need a nearby drop.
Inter-office and cross-London runs. City to Canary Wharf, Mayfair to the West End, office to chambers, office to court. Short journeys where a metered cab in traffic is the expensive option and an app is unpredictable.
Relocations and secondments. Arriving staff with genuine luggage volume, often long-haul, often at awkward hours. MPV or 8-seater sized to the actual bags rather than hoping a saloon copes.
Late finishes and duty of care. Staff leaving the office late, booked centrally, with the driverβs name, photograph and vehicle registration sent to the traveller by SMS before pickup. For firms with a documented duty-of-care obligation, this gives you a licensed operator, a named driver and an auditable record β which a rideshare booking on a personal account does not.
Long-distance and intercity. London to Manchester, Birmingham, Cambridge, Oxford and elsewhere. Fixed prices, same account, same invoicing. Frequently more practical than rail for a team of three or four travelling together with documents and equipment.

Setup takes one phone call. Call 020 8888 9988, give us the company details, the billing contact and the people authorised to book. We confirm the account in writing and it is usable the same day. No onboarding portal, no implementation period, no minimum spend.
VAT invoices as standard. Every journey generates a compliant VAT invoice automatically β not on request, and not chased after the fact. If your expenses or practice management system needs specific fields, tell us once: cost code, matter number, client reference, project code, employee ID, department. They then appear on every invoice thereafter without anyone having to remember.
One statement, monthly. Individual journeys consolidate into a single monthly invoice with every line itemised β date, passenger, route, vehicle, reference, amount. Finance reconciles one document rather than forty receipts. We can also issue statements by department or cost centre if you want the split done before it reaches you.
Who can book. You decide. Common arrangements: executive assistants booking for their principals, a central travel desk booking for everyone, or travellers booking directly within limits you set. All three can run on the same account simultaneously.
Payment terms. Standard is 30 days from statement. Longer terms are available for established accounts β discuss with dispatch.
Cancellations and changes. Free cancellation up to a reasonable notice period, with the specifics confirmed in your account terms. Meetings overrun and flights move; we would rather build sensible flexibility into the arrangement than argue about it afterwards.
Reporting. Spend by department, by traveller, by route or by cost code, on request. Useful at budget time and for firms that need to evidence ground transport spend against a travel policy.
TfL Private Hire Operator licence. Held continuously since 2000. This is the regulatory basis on which we may accept private hire bookings in London, and it is the first thing any competent procurement process checks. Licence details available on request.
Driver licensing and vetting. Every driver holds a TfL private hire driver licence, which requires an enhanced DBS check, a medical to DVLA Group 2 standard, and a topographical assessment. We contract drivers directly rather than sourcing from a gig platform, so the same people drive for us consistently and we know who they are.
Insurance. Full private hire insurance on every vehicle, with public liability cover. Certificates available for your records.
Vehicle standards. All vehicles TfL-licensed, MOT-current and inspected. Fleet is late-model and maintained on schedule.
Duty of care. For staff travelling late or alone, each booking sends the traveller the driverβs name, photograph and vehicle registration by SMS before pickup, and the journey sits on an auditable account record. A rideshare booked on a personal account gives you none of that, which matters if you are ever asked to evidence how a member of staff got home.
Data handling. Passenger names, addresses and journey details are used to deliver the service and for billing. They are not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used for marketing. Residential addresses for private clients are treated as confidential.
What we are not. We are a licensed private hire operator, not a security firm. We do not provide close protection, armoured vehicles or security-trained drivers. If your risk assessment calls for that, you need a specialist provider and we will tell you so.
The fixed price survives the traffic. A metered black cab from Heathrow to the City costs more when the M4 is slow β the meter rewards exactly the conditions you cannot control. A rideshare app multiplies the fare when demand spikes, which is precisely when your client is landing. Our price is agreed at booking and does not move. Finance can forecast it.
Nobody pays at the kerb. No personal cards, no reclaims, no receipts to chase, no traveller out of pocket while an expense claim works through the system. Particularly useful for inbound clients, who should never be asked to pay for their own collection.
Directly contracted drivers. Not a gig platform matching whoever is nearest. The same drivers work our corporate accounts, learn your buildings, know which entrances take a vehicle and which do not, and can be requested again.
Flight tracking on every airport job. Automatic, on live ATC data, with up to 60 minutes held after actual landing at no charge. Your assistant does not need to monitor a flight and phone us β and your client is not standing in arrivals wondering where the car is.
A phone number that a human answers. 020 8888 9988, UK-based, at any hour. When a meeting overruns by forty minutes or a flight diverts, an assistant needs a controller who can reallocate a driver β not an in-app support form.
25 years of licensed operation. Continuously TfL-licensed since 2000, with the documentation your procurement and compliance teams will ask for.
