The official pre-booked private hire zone is on Buckingham Palace Road on the west side of the station, immediately outside the main coach station exit. Approximately 90 seconds from the rail concourse.
Bressenden Place on the south side is an alternative pickup zone, particularly useful for arrivals from Gatwick Express (Platforms 13-14) — a 60-second walk.
