Terms & Conditions

Our booking, cancellation, waiting-time, vehicle-substitution and liability terms.

Booking & payment

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a confirmation email/SMS from our dispatch. Payment is accepted by card at booking, or invoiced for corporate accounts (30 days net).

Cancellation policy

Flight delays & tracking

We track inbound flights in real time. There is no charge for waiting up to 60 minutes after the actual landing time. Beyond 60 minutes, waiting is charged at £25 per 30-minute increment (we'll always confirm by SMS before charging).

Waiting time

For non-airport pickups (hotels, residential, business addresses): 15 minutes free waiting time. Beyond that, £25 per 30 minutes.

Vehicle substitution

In rare cases (mechanical, accident, illness) we reserve the right to substitute the vehicle with an equivalent or higher class. The fare paid remains unchanged.

Damage & cleaning

Excessive cleaning (sickness, spillages, mud) is charged at a flat £75 valet fee. Vehicle damage is charged at cost.

Liability

All vehicles are fully insured to UK commercial private-hire standards. We are not liable for missed flights, sailings or events due to traffic, road closures, weather or other events beyond our reasonable control. We always advise leaving generous time buffers.

Lost property

Items left in vehicles are held for 30 days. Call our dispatch on 020 8888 9988 immediately if you've left something behind.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law and disputes resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
